For the iconic Grand Hotel Des Etrangers in the heart of Ortigia, Mad Interioris developed a textile project celebrating the light of the Mediterranean.

The project involved the creation of curtains for the lounge areas and panoramic suites, using silk and linen blended with technical fibers to resist salt water and strong sun exposure.

The chosen solutions respect the historical rigor of the building while introducing elements of modern comfort, such as retractable motorized track systems.

The final aesthetic is a hymn to Sicilian elegance, where the movement of the fabrics follows the sea breeze.
