Hotel Villa Appiani

Villa Appiani, a historic residence on the outskirts of Milan, required an intervention capable of respecting its monumental constraints.

Mad Interioris supplied heavy curtains reminiscent of antique tapestries, pairing them with decorative wallpapers featuring reinterpreted classic motifs.

The upholstered furniture for the common areas and bedrooms was chosen for its ability to stand the test of time, maintaining its enduring charm.

The end result is a clever balance between history and design, where the fabrics become the link between the villa’s different architectural eras.
